Publisher review:Web Keyboards enables a web site to add a button to its web-pages that allows users to switch to a preferred keyboard layout (standard, phonetic, etc.) This freeware cross-browser javascript enables a web site to add a button to its web-pages that allows users to switch to a preferred keyboard layout (standard, phonetic, etc.), independent of whether their computer is setup with native keyboards or not and whether they live in their native country or not.
Users also have the ability to display the selected layout for reference, while typing. This is useful for search engines, web forums, web-email, HTML chat programs, online dictionaries and translation sites, libraries, online editors, etc.
Works with Internet Explorer 4 , Netscape 7.0, Mozilla/Gecko/Firefox 1.x (except for several older versions of Mozilla that had a bug).
